Ingredients

  • 6 cups apple cider (chilled)
  • 4 cups pumpkin juice (or pumpkin nectar)
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 orange, sliced (for garnish)

  • Fresh cranberries or star anise for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine apple cider, pumpkin juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice). Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. Just before serving, add ginger ale or lemon-lime soda if using, and stir gently.
  5. Pour over ice and garnish with orange slices, apple slices, and a cinnamon stick in each glass if desired. Serve cold and enjoy!
